What measures are in place to ensure PayByPhone keeps working?
Being a technology company, our infrastructure and tools are already set up to support remote work. After completing a successful work-from-home stress test, we’ve moved to a fully work-from-home model for all employees.
During this time, we’re leaning into our video conference systems, instant messaging, and frequent communication to ensure our services and project work continue to move forward. We are well positioned to do remote work and it has become our new normal.
