PayByPhone offers customers the convenience of receiving several additional SMS alerts when using PayByPhone to pay for their parking. These services are optional and can be turned on or off within your account at any time.
SMS services available currently include:
- SMS Receipts - sent immediately after parking to confirm successful completion of your parking session
- SMS Reminders - sent up to 10 minutes before parking expires to remind you to extend your session or move your vehicle in time
All charges are confirmed to you before paying for your parking. Below is a list of current charges for these optional SMS services, please note that these prices are subject to increase from time to time. For any clients not shown on here, please refer to local signage for more details.
