President and CEO
Kush is the president of PayByPhone, managing the global business on behalf of PayPoint, a FTSE 250 company publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to his joining PayByPhone in 2014, Kush was the SVP and GM of business development at INRIX, the global leader in DaaS based traffic information services.
He helped build INRIX from a startup to over 300 employees highlighted by a $60M acquisition of ITIS Holdings in 2012. Before his time at INRIX, Kush held various leadership roles at Texas Instruments in business management, corporate development, sales, and product marketing.
He currently sits on the board of SightLife, the largest non profit in the world focused on eliminating corneal blindness, and is also on the advisory boards of Getaround and WellAware, two well financed early stage companies.
Kush holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the Duke Fuqua School of Business.
As the VP, Product at PayByPhone Francis is based in Vancouver and oversees the Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering departments. He brings a passion for delivering high value and high quality products to our customers and partners. Francis brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, 15 of those in Product Management and Marketing in the Local Government and Hospitality sectors. In his prior roles Francis has worked extensively with the payments industry at all levels from PCI compliance to strategic partnerships.
Francis’ key responsibilities include definition and execution of the global strategic roadmap, partnerships and integrations, team building and mentoring, and ensuring that we deliver high quality products on budget and on time.
As a co-founder of PayByPhone, David led North American Commercial operations at PayByPhone including sales, marketing, implementations and customer service. He has personally led execution and delivery of major North American Clients including City of Vancouver, San Francisco and the Miami Parking Authority.
Prior to PayByPhone, David was an early key member of Selkirk Financial Technologies (acquired by Thomson Financial in 2004), where he was responsible for the design and delivery of financial software targeting the treasury operations of Fortune 500 companies.
Chief Commercial Officer, PayByPhone
Barrie is currently responsible for all revenue generation and service delivery in PayByPhone's North American operation. He is a specialist in Sales, Marketing and Growth Strategy with extensive experience and success working in the US and Europe. Barrie has deep industry knowledge of mobile solutions, payment processing, eCommerce, Online & Email Marketing and eBilling.
Barrie‘s key responsibilities include leading the sales, marketing, and client service teams to ensure satisfied clients and customers through efficient and effective use of resources. Prior to joining PayByPhone, Barrie spent 9 years as Senior Vice President of Sales at Striata, an international leader in eBilling & Payments, eMarketing & Secure eDocument Delivery.
Commercial Director, PayByPhone UK
Kevin is Commercial Director, PayByPhone UK, with the objective of driving new business development in the UK mobile parking environment.
Before joining PayByPhone, Kevin ran a successful mobile interactive consultancy specializing in B2B and B2C interactive solutions, mobile marketing and mobile advertising with a broad base of blue chip media clients. Kevin has a strong passion for new media and is an expert in delivering innovative interactive solutions to businesses.
Kevin was also Commercial Director of new media at UTV Radio BG from 2004 to 2009 and had his own radio talk show in South Africa in the late 1990’s. He is passionate about motorcycles having ridden extensively in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and in South America, combining both his interest for travelling and motorcycle ownership.
President & CEO, PayByPhone France, Belgium and Switzerland
Philippe Lerouge is the founder of PayByPhone in France, managing Belgium and Switzerland. He has personally led execution and delivery of major Clients including Paris, Nantes, Geneva or VINCI Park. Prior to founding PayByPhone France in 2009, Philippe spent 15 years in the payment and services division of the group Sodexo, starting in Germany and subsequently holding various managing director roles in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the UK. Between 2001 and 2004 he was responsible for e-Commerce activities for Sodexo Group.
Philippe completed the executive program at Babson College in the USA, and holds a Masters in Management at the University Paris Dauphine and a Masters degree from the IAE of Aix-en-Provence.
VP Finance & Administration
Maggie is responsible for the finance function of PayByPhone globally, as well as the administration of North American operations.
Based in Vancouver, she manages the finance team and supports decision-making in all departments based on financial considerations.
Maggie brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis to the management team. Maggie obtained her BComm from McGill University and articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA, CA.
Consumer Team Director
Jason has a business and project delivery background in the UK telecommunications market, and worked primarily with T-Mobile, Orange and lead a number of the key digital projects that delivered the Everything Everywhere merger.
Satisfied that his work in the UK was done he moved across the ocean to cut his teeth in the Parking business. After spending the best part of 3 years working with various API and front end teams he now heads up the Mobile and Web division of the business.
Director of Technology & IT Operations
Chris Morrow is in charge of managing the IT and Infrastructure at PayByPhone. He has a deep understanding of security protocols and compliance, and ensures that data is consistently backed up and secure.
Chris is also in charge of coordinating the management of incidents and coordinating the SYS911 team (our emergency response team for technical incidents if and when they occur).
Chris drives company policies and decisions from a technical standpoint, ensuring that issues of system stability and security remain the highest priority.
